BTC Awards CIS Presents the First Four Speakers to Participate in the Legal Discussion Panel

On December 20, the first BTC Awards CIS ceremony will feature four discussion panels devoted to the most topical issues – Tokenization, Legal, Mining, and Coins. The leading industry experts will get together to discuss anything and everything widely disputed in the crypto world in 2017. We will invite 16 experts who will share their vision of the market development and make forecasts for the next year.  

We are proud to introduce to you our first four speakers of BTC Awards CIS to participate in the Legal panel:

1. Artem Afian, Attorney & Juscutum Managing Partner (Ukraine)

Artem is one of the founders of Juscutum law firm, which is marked by innovative areas of legal practice involving business security, IT law, resolution of conflicts and disputes, international business administration; since 2008, he has been its managing partner. He is engaged in the implementation of innovations in the sphere of legal services. Artem is an inventor of idea of the first advocacy mobile application and stands for the legalization of Bitcoin in Ukraine. Since July 2013, Juscutum has been accepting payment for legal services in bitcoins.

2. Artem Tolkachev, Deloitte CIS Director (Russia)

Artem is a head of the group rendering legal services to technology projects. Prior to joining the Deloitte team, he was in charge of his own legal practice as well as held the position of lawyer in a law firm and an international bank. Artem is a chairperson of the Russian organization Blockchain.community, an expert at the Internet Initiatives Development Fund and a leading expert at the Institute for Internet Development. Artem has an extensive experience in implementing financial, technological, educational, tourist, organizational and content projects.

3. Denis Aleinikov, Lawyer, Senior Partner of Aleinikov & Partners Law Firm (Republic of Belarus)

Denis specializes in foreign investment, corporate law, and real estate/development. In 2009, he was awarded the legal community’s highest award – the Themis. Being an external General Counsel Denis Aleinikov participated in court hearings of the CIS Economic Court. He participated as a legal expert in several working groups on laws drafting including Law On Collective Investments Scheme, Law On Securities Market, Law On Securitization, Customs Code of the Republic of Belarus, Budget Code of the Republic of Belarus, etc.

4. Nazar Polyvka, Axon Partners Co-founder & Partner (Ukraine)

Nazar Polyvka is a partner and head of Blockchain & Fintech practice at Axon Partners. Nazar is a blockchain-lawyer having years of hands-on experience in securities, IT law and venture investments. Among Nazar’s clients are TripMyDream, Hideez, Wishround, SOC Prime, YouControl, Graintrack, Kuna Bitcoin Agency and others.
